If you ride public transit in Canada then you know about Metro News. The free commuter paper has an ubiquitous presence across Canada where riders spend as much time fliiping through it’s pages as they do swiping across their mobile screens. These are the country’s top app users so I’m happy to share that Metro News is launching a new weekly review series written by me called Mind The App.
You can catch it every Friday in the Scene section (which also serves as the paper’s weekend edition too) where I will offer picks from app store new releases. The challenge with long commutes is in finding ways to make the time useful. Hopefully this series will help.
